SeedSigner Case

Overview

This is a 3D-printed enclosure from CryptoCloaks for a DIY SeedSigner build. A SeedSigner is an open-source, stateless air-gapped signer assembled from a Raspberry Pi Zero, a camera and a small screen — but a bare build is an exposed board that's awkward to handle and easy to damage. This case wraps the electronics in a tidy, protective shell so your homemade signer looks and feels like a finished device, with cut-outs aligned to the screen, camera and buttons.

The value is practical: it protects the delicate board, makes the device more comfortable to hold and operate, and gives a DIY project a clean finish. CryptoCloaks is a well-known maker in the Bitcoin DIY community, so fit and quality are generally dependable. The honest caveats are that it's an accessory, not a signer — it adds zero security or functionality on its own, you still need to source and assemble the SeedSigner hardware separately, and 3D-printed plastic is protective but not rugged or fireproof.
