1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing the Website or downloading/using any software obtained from it, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website or the Services.

2. What We Provide (Non-Custodial Software)

Nurisoft Development OÜ ("we," "us," "our") provides non-custodial wallet software for Bitcoin. We provide technology only. We do not provide brokerage, exchange, custody, investment, legal, or tax services, and we never take possession of your assets or private keys.

You are solely responsible for:

⚠️ SECURITY WARNING: Account compromise, device compromise, malware, phishing, social engineering, SIM-swap, infrastructure issues, and software defects can lead to partial or total loss of funds. Only use funds you can afford to lose completely.

• Maintaining secure access to your wallet credentials, whether stored in device keychains (e.g., Apple ID security, strong authentication, device security, recovery settings you control) or as traditional seed phrases
• Verifying addresses and fees before you sign transactions
• Protecting devices and accounts against malware, phishing, SIM-swap, and social engineering
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Determining and paying any taxes that may apply to your transactions

5. Transaction Finality and Networks

Transactions occur on public blockchain networks we do not operate or control and are generally irreversible once confirmed. We cannot reverse, cancel, or modify transactions, retrieve assets sent to the wrong address, or guarantee confirmation times or ordering.

Always verify recipient address and fees before signing. Errors can cause permanent loss.

6. Third-Party Services

The Website/Services may reference or rely on third-party services (e.g., device keychains, price feeds, external sites). They are outside our control and governed by their own terms and policies. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk, and we disclaim liability for losses arising from them.

7. Fees and Taxes

We do not control network fees (e.g., Bitcoin mining fees). You are responsible for including sufficient fees and for any third-party costs. You are solely responsible for determining and paying any taxes that apply to your transactions.

8. Eligibility; Compliance

You represent that you are at least 18, legally capable of agreeing to these Terms, and permitted to use the Services under applicable law. You further represent that you are not subject to sanctions or restrictions that prohibit your use.

9. Acceptable Use

Do not misuse the Website/Services (e.g., unauthorized access, introducing malware, infringing rights, interfering with operation, or violating law).

10. Intellectual Property

The Website, documentation, and other content we publish are owned by us or our licensors. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works.

11. No Financial/Legal/Tax Advice

All Website/Services content is general information only. We do not provide investment, legal, or tax advice.

12. No Warranties (Absolutely None)

THE WEBSITE AND SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITH NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, SECURITY, AVAILABILITY, OR ACCURACY. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of vulnerabilities. Where disclaimers are restricted by law, they apply to the maximum extent permitted.

13. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Nurisoft Development OÜ and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or digital assets, arising out of or related to the Website or Services, even if advised of the possibility. Our aggregate liability for all claims will not exceed the greater of EUR €100 or the amounts you paid to us (if any) for the Services in the 12 months before the event. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, this clause applies to the maximum extent permitted.

14. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nurisoft Development OÜ from and against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your use of the Website/Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

15. Changes; Termination

We may update or discontinue the Website or materials hosted on it at any time. We may update these Terms by posting a new version with a new "Last Updated" date. Your continued use constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate access at any time. Upon termination, you remain solely responsible for your wallet credentials; we cannot restore access.

16. Governing Law; Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by German law (without regard to conflicts rules). Exclusive jurisdiction/venue in the courts of Germany.

For card-related disputes, Wirex's terms and jurisdiction provisions apply.

17. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (including failures of third-party services, networks, providers, or changes to blockchain protocols).

18. Assignment; Severability; Entire Agreement; Notices

You may not assign these Terms; we may assign them. If any provision is unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Website/Services. We may provide notices via the Website or to your contact details if provided.
